Epycure Review: What Are the French Lab Formulas Really Worth?
Epycure is a French laboratory that sells vegan supplements made in France, organized by objective rather than by ingredient, with a free online assessment as the entry point. Here is our analysis of its flagship formulas, its prices in euros and its delivery conditions to the United States.

Our verdict on Epycure in brief
Epycure has built one of the most readable supplement stores we have analyzed. Every product page publishes the full ingredient list in order, the percentage of ingredients of natural origin, the precautions condition by condition and even the scientific references behind the formula. The two flagship products, Boost metabolism at 25 euros a month and the anti-bloating gummies at the same price, are made in France, vegan, and designed as easy daily habits: one chewable tablet with no water, or two gummies after meals.
One thing is missing, and it is the important one: the quantity of each active. Neither the milligrams of Morosil in the tablet nor the bacterial count of the Bifidobacterium breve strain in the gummies is published, so the potency cannot be compared with a competing formula. The internal test on 26 people is customer feedback, not a trial. On the other side of the ledger, the service record is excellent, with 3,704 Trustpilot reviews at 4.4 out of 5 and a reply to 99% of negative reviews, and the brand does deliver to the United States at 19.90 euros.

In this full review we go through the official Epycure pages formula by formula: the published composition, the prices in euros, the internal test figures and the delivery conditions to the United States.

Our analysis of Epycure: the formulas under the microscope

This page analyzes the official Epycure store, formula by formula, together with its delivery grid and its terms of sale. It is not a personal trial. Epycure is a French company, Epycure SAS, registered at 23-25 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau in Paris, and it does deliver to the United States under its rest of the world rate, at 19.90 euros, with a maximum of 20 business days announced in its terms.
The first thing that strikes you on the product pages is the level of detail: the complete ingredient list in descending order, the percentage of ingredients of natural origin, the precautions listed one by one, and even the scientific references behind each active. The thing you will not find is the milligram figure for most of those actives, which is the central limit of the whole range.
📌 Boost metabolism: the best seller of the range

Boost metabolism is a chewable tablet, one a day, sold in a 30-tablet box in blueberry or peach flavor. The formula is built on Morosil, a Moro blood orange extract registered by Bionap, with kola seed extract, choline bitartrate and chromium picolinate, on a sorbitol base, for 90.3% ingredients of natural origin. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels: those are the two authorized claims that apply here, and the rest of the promise belongs to the brand.
The official price is 25 euros for one month, which the page translates as 0.83 euros a day, 44.90 euros for two months, 67.50 euros for three months against a crossed-out 75 euros, and 20 euros a month on subscription. The tablet contains 0.8 mg of caffeine per 2.8 g tablet, which is why the brand advises taking it before 3 p.m. It is not recommended under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, nor in case of gastro-duodenal ulcer, arrhythmia, hypertension, hyperthyroidism or caffeine sensitivity. The quantity of Morosil per tablet is not published.
📌 Anti-bloating gummies: the digestive formula
The anti-bloating gummies are the other pillar of the catalog: 60 vegan apple-pear gummies, two a day, for the same 25 euros a month and 67.50 euros for three months. The formula combines the Bifidobacterium breve DSM 16604 strain with peppermint leaf, German chamomile flower and raspberry leaf extracts, gelled with pectin on a maltitol base, and the store lists 100% ingredients of natural origin, sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free.
The brand states that the strain was studied on 110 volunteers and reports an effect on bloating from two weeks. As with the tablet, no quantity is given, neither the number of bacteria nor the plant extract doses, and the strain is heat-inactivated rather than a live probiotic. The precautions are precise: not under 18, not during pregnancy or breastfeeding because of the three plants, not in case of allergy to menthol or to the Asteraceae family, and not in case of reflux, ulcer, gastritis or biliary and liver disorders because of the peppermint.
The verdict on format and dosing
The formats are the strong point. One chewable tablet a day with no water, two gummies after meals, powders to dilute, capsules for the classic routines: Epycure has clearly worked on making a routine easy to keep up, and the whole range is vegan, made in France, gluten-free and lactose-free.
The counterpart is the dosing. On the two flagship products, not one active is quantified: no milligrams of Morosil, no colony count for the strain, no titration on the plant extracts. Only the caffeine is given, at 0.8 mg per tablet. You are therefore buying a formula and a set of named ingredients, not a dose you can compare with a competitor.
Effectiveness and what to expect
Epycure publishes an internal user test on Boost metabolism: 26 people over three months, with 95% saying they stored less during excesses, 95% reporting fewer daily cravings and 77% observing weight loss, up to 6.5 cm off the waist. Those are the brand's own figures, on a very small self-reported panel, not a controlled trial, and they should be read as customer feedback rather than proof. The store also cites published work on the Moro orange extract, including a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled study from 2022.
For the rest, the honest framing is the regulatory one: choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism, chromium to the maintenance of normal blood glucose, and the plants in the gummies are traditionally used for digestive comfort. Epycure says it itself on every page: a supplement works alongside a balanced diet, physical activity and sleep, and any persistent symptom deserves a medical opinion.
Who is Epycure?
Epycure is a Paris company, Epycure SAS, with a share capital of 89,806 euros, whose supplements are made in France and registered with the French Directorate General for Food, the DGAL, as French law requires. The catalog runs to more than 60 references organized by objective rather than by ingredient family, and the brand adds services around it: a free online assessment, a free consultation with a natural health practitioner, a loyalty club, a referral programme and a subscription at 20% off.
On Trustpilot, the profile has been claimed since March 2020 and shows 3,704 reviews for a score of 4.4 out of 5, rated Excellent, with a reply to 99% of negative reviews, usually within 48 hours. That is a genuinely strong service record. On the product pages themselves, the review widget was empty on both flagship products at the time of writing.

Standard fat burner
|
|---|---|---|
| Format | ✅1 chewable tablet a day, no water needed | ❌2 to 6 capsules a day |
| Named actives | ✅Morosil Moro orange, kola, choline, chromium | ❌Often an undisclosed proprietary blend |
| Published quantities | ❌No milligram figure for the actives, only 0.8 mg of caffeine | ❌Rarely detailed either |
| Stimulants | ✅0.8 mg of caffeine per 2.8 g tablet | ❌Often 100 to 200 mg of caffeine per dose |

| Ships to the United States | ✅Yes, rest of the world rate at 19.90 euros, up to 20 business days | ✅Yes, usually from a US warehouse |
The table sums up the Epycure position: a very low stimulant load, named and documented actives, a format you can actually keep up daily, and a price under the market average. The missing line is the same one as everywhere else, the quantity of each active, which prevents any real comparison of potency with a competing formula.
The Epycure range
The catalog is organized by objective. For weight and silhouette: Boost metabolism at 25 euros, the Morosil powder at 29 euros, the lipo-sculpting powder at 29 euros, the blood sugar control routine at 28 euros, the appetite-suppressant gummies at 20 euros for 15 days. For digestion: anti-bloating gummies at 25 euros, transit boost at 20 euros, the flat stomach routine at 28 euros, the draining powder at 28 euros. For sleep and stress: restorative sleep at 27 euros, anti-stress gummies at 25 euros, the cortisol balance routine at 27 euros. Elsewhere: multivitamins at 27 euros, immunity boost at 20 euros, menopause at 29 euros, collagen at 33 euros, energy electrolytes at 8.90 euros a tube and protein bars at 16 euros for six.
Duos and packs bring the unit cost down, from 44.20 euros a month for the fat-burning duo up to 68 euros for the slimming pack. Every routine is priced for one or three months, with a discount on the three-month option and a subscription at 20% off.
Composition breakdown: what the formulas are actually made of
Boost metabolism, ingredient by ingredient
The list published by the brand, in order: sorbitol as a bulking agent, Moro orange fruit extract, choline bitartrate, magnesium carbonate as an anti-caking agent, natural flavor, kola seed extract and chromium picolinate. Morosil is a registered trademark of Bionap, and the store cites two references on the Moro orange extract, including a randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial published in Nutrients in 2022.
The forms chosen are the reassuring part: choline bitartrate and chromium picolinate are the usual, well-documented forms, and the kola brings so little caffeine, 0.8 mg per tablet, that the stimulant effect is negligible compared with a cup of coffee. What is missing is the quantity of Morosil, since the published studies use a defined daily dose of the extract, and without that figure the comparison with the trial cannot be made.
Anti-bloating gummies, active by active
Here the list runs: maltitol as a bulking agent, peppermint leaf extract, Bifidobacterium breve, pectin as a gelling agent, citric acid, chamomile flower extract, raspberry leaf extract, sodium citrate, natural flavors and carnauba wax. The strain is named down to its reference, DSM 16604, which is far better than a vague mention of probiotics, and the plants are identified by their botanical names.
Two points call for attention. Maltitol is a polyol, and at two gummies a day it can cause gas or a laxative effect in sensitive people, which is somewhat ironic for an anti-bloating product. And the strain is tyndallized, meaning heat-inactivated, so it is not a live probiotic and should not be compared with one.
Buying Epycure from the United States
Epycure does ship to the United States. Its delivery grid places the country in the rest of the world zone: home delivery at 19.90 euros, dropping to 9.90 euros above 200 euros of purchase and free above 500 euros. The terms of sale announce a maximum of 20 business days for an international delivery, counted from the first business day after the order is validated, and orders are prepared Monday to Friday. One country is explicitly excluded, and it is Canada.
Two things to keep in mind. Prices stay in euros even on the English store, so your card charge will depend on the exchange rate and on your bank fees, and the free delivery announced from 50 euros applies to mainland France, Belgium and the first European zone, not to an American order. The right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt under French consumer law, on products returned unopened at your expense. The LMC code is announced at 10% off eligible orders, which brings a 25 euro box to 22.50 euros, or about 0.75 euros a day, and it is unlikely to stack with the three-month or subscription discounts.
Technical analysis and expert verdict
Epycure is one of the most readable supplement stores we have analyzed. Complete ingredient lists, percentage of natural origin, precise contraindications, published scientific references, a clear price per day, formats that people actually stick to, French manufacturing, DGAL registration and a Trustpilot record at 4.4 out of 5 over 3,704 reviews with a reply to 99% of negative reviews. At 25 euros a month, or 20 euros on subscription, the price is reasonable for the category, and the very low caffeine content makes Boost metabolism a far gentler option than a classic fat burner.
The limit is analytical. Not a single active is quantified on the two flagship products, so the 400 mg of Morosil that circulates on comparison sites, including our own product sheet until today, is not published anywhere by the brand. The internal test on 26 people is customer feedback, not a trial. And the marketing wording, which speaks of reactivating the metabolism and destocking fat, goes beyond what the authorized claims allow for choline and chromium. The LMC code takes 10% off eligible orders, which is worth checking in the cart against the brand's own three-month discount.
