Nutrition Pro Shilajit Review: Does the Eurofins Certificate Prove the 70%?

Nutrition Pro is a Paris-based supplement store of about 150 references that sells Himalayan shilajit in three formats: pure resin, liquid and PrimaVie capsules. Here is our analysis of what its product pages state, what its published Eurofins report actually tests, the euro prices and what it costs to have a jar delivered to the United States.

Nutrition Pro Shilajit Review: Does the Eurofins Certificate Prove the 70%?
Review at a glance

Our verdict on Nutrition Pro in brief

On the essential point, purity, Nutrition Pro does better than most of the shilajit market. The resin page carries a downloadable Eurofins report, with its number and the lot it covers, concluding that lead, cadmium and mercury are below the European limits for food supplements. It also states a real serving, 250 mg with a spoon in the jar, where the category usually says a pea-sized amount. The 30 g jar is €34.99, about $41, presented as a 90-day course at €0.38 a day, with a 15% subscription option.

The reservation is on the headline number. The 70% fulvic acid content is announced by the brand, not measured on the published certificate, which contains no fulvic assay. Nutrition Pro is also not a shilajit specialist but a general store of about 150 references. For an American reader the practical facts are clear: the store ships to the US at €19.99 in 2 to 5 business days, it charges in euros, duties are on you, and food supplements are excluded from its 14-day return policy.

Our analysis of Nutrition Pro: the shilajit formats under the microscope

This review is an analysis of the official Nutrition Pro product pages, the certificate the brand publishes and the delivery rates its store actually returns, not an account of a personal trial. The store is French, it prices and charges in euros, and it does ship to the United States. Everything below is taken from what the brand states at the point of ordering.

The first thing to know is that Nutrition Pro is not a shilajit specialist. Its catalog runs to about 150 references, from creatine and marine collagen to konjac, mushrooms, infusions and branded sportswear. Shilajit is one family inside a broad supplement store, in three formats: pure resin, a liquid, and PrimaVie standardized capsules.

📌 Pure Shilajit Resin: the flagship, and the only one with a published certificate

Nutrition Pro Shilajit review: Purified Himalayan Shilajit

The resin comes in a 30 g jar at €34.99, about $41, and a 50 g jar at €54.99, about $64. The brand describes hand harvesting above 5,100 meters in the Himalayas, a Gold Grade selection, 45 to 60 days of natural sun drying and 40 successive filtrations through nano-purified filters. On composition it states more than 85 organic minerals and trace elements, humic acids, antioxidants, omega 3, 6 and 9, and a fulvic acid concentration that can reach 70%. The wording on the French page is a ceiling, not a guaranteed assay, and that distinction matters.

The serving is precise for once: 250 mg measured with the included spoon, about the size of a grain of rice, dissolved in a drink on an empty stomach, one to two times a day. The page presents the 30 g jar as a 90-day course at €0.38 a day, which assumes a single daily serving. A subscription takes 15% off, bringing the jar to €29.74. Gold Grade is a commercial description, not a regulated standard.

📌 Liquid Shilajit: the same resin, easier to dose

The liquid is a 60 ml food-grade glass dropper bottle at €29.99, about $35, or €25.49 on subscription. Its composition is stated as 95% pure shilajit and 5% Himalayan spring water, with the same processing story: hand collection above 5,100 meters, 45 to 60 days of sun drying, 40 successive nano filtrations. The brand describes more than 85 organic minerals, trace elements, omega 3, 6 and 9, antioxidants, fulvic and humic acids.

The directions are 5 to 10 drops with the included dropper, diluted in a drink, on an empty stomach, one to two times a day. That is the format's weak point as much as its strength: a drop count is easier to handle than a sticky resin, but the page publishes no milligram equivalent per drop, so there is no way to line the liquid up against the 250 mg resin serving. Note too that the certificate section that appears on the resin page is not present on the liquid page.

📌 Shilajit PrimaVie: the standardized capsule, currently out of stock

The third format is the only one built on a patented raw material. PrimaVie is a purified Himalayan shilajit extract standardized to more than 50% fulvic acids and described as rich in dibenzo-alpha-pyrones, and it is the shilajit ingredient with the largest published clinical file. Nutrition Pro sells it as 60 HPMC vegetable capsules at €34.99, each capsule containing 250 mg of extract, with a suggested 2 capsules a day for 500 mg, the amount used in the studies the brand cites.

Two caveats. The listing is out of stock at the time of writing. And the brand's page attributes the PrimaVie research results to the ingredient in fairly direct terms, on free testosterone, cellular energy and recovery. Those are results reported in studies on that patented extract, and they are not authorized health claims in Europe or the United States.

The verdict on format and dosing

On dosing, the resin is the clearest product in the range and one of the clearest in the category: a stated 250 mg serving, a measuring spoon in the jar, a visual reference and a frequency, where most resin sellers say nothing more precise than dissolve a pea-sized amount. The 90-day course figure assumes one 250 mg serving a day out of 30 g; taking the maximum of two halves the jar's life and doubles the cost per day.

The liquid trades that precision for convenience, since no milligram per drop is published. The capsules are the most reproducible format, at 250 mg of standardized extract each, but they are unavailable. For a defensible daily amount today, the resin is the format to take.

Effectiveness and what to expect

Shilajit has a long traditional use in Ayurveda, where old texts describe it as a destroyer of weakness, and it has been studied in small modern trials on physical performance and fatigue. Nutrition Pro cites six of them, from 2010 to 2023. That is a real literature, but thin, and results obtained with a standardized extract such as PrimaVie cannot be transferred to a raw resin whose fulvic content is not measured on the jar you receive. The brand's on-page promises of energy, immunity, performance, libido and fertility go beyond what an unstandardized resin can support.

The precautions deserve attention. Shilajit is scraped from mountain rock, and heavy metals are the genuine hazard of this category, which is why the purification work matters. It is not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding or under 18, and anyone with iron overload, gout, kidney or liver problems, low blood pressure or blood glucose, an upcoming operation or a regular treatment should take medical advice first.

Who is Nutrition Pro?

Nutrition Pro is a French supplement company registered in Paris under SIREN 900001843, at 128 rue La Boétie in the 8th arrondissement, with customer service open 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Its own site claims 170,000 customers. On Trustpilot the brand holds a claimed profile since June 2022 with 2,040 reviews and a 4.3 out of 5 score, which is a substantial and checkable volume for a supplement store. On the resin product page itself, 829 customer opinions are displayed; the liquid shows 82.

The company is a generalist. Alongside shilajit it sells creatine, whey, BCAA, marine collagen, omega 3, magnesium bisglycinate, ashwagandha KSM-66, mushroom capsules, organic powders, infusions, cosmetics, ebooks and its own sportswear. Presenting it as a mono-category shilajit specialist is simply wrong: it is a broad French store in which shilajit happens to be a well-documented line.

📌 Key commitments

  • A downloadable Eurofins certificate on the resin page, with its report number and the lot it covers
  • A stated 250 mg serving with a measuring spoon included, rare in the resin category
  • A described process: hand harvest above 5,100 meters, 45 to 60 days of sun drying, 40 nano filtrations
  • Three formats side by side: resin in 30 g and 50 g, 60 ml liquid, PrimaVie standardized capsules
  • A 15% subscription discount on every shilajit format, and shipping to the United States

The pure resin against a standard Himalayan shilajit resin

Criteria
Analyzed by TBS Pure Shilajit Resin by Nutrition Pro
Standard Himalayan shilajit resin
Serving ❌A pea-sized amount, no milligram figure
Fulvic acid ❌A percentage claimed with no document at all
Laboratory file ❌Certificate on request, or none
What the report covers ❌Usually no public report to read
Price ✅€25 to €45 for 30 g depending on the seller
Ships to the United States ✅Often from a US warehouse

Read the table in the right order. Publishing a downloadable heavy metal report with its number and its lot puts Nutrition Pro ahead of most of the resin market, where the certificate is a badge rather than a document. But the report proves what it proves, and no more: lead, cadmium and mercury below the European limits on one sample. The 70% fulvic figure is a marketing statement that no published analysis backs up, and the honest way to present this resin is a purity file that is unusually good and a potency claim that is unverified.

The Nutrition Pro shilajit range

Three references, easy to compare. Pure Shilajit Resin, €34.99 for 30 g and €54.99 for 50 g, at 250 mg a serving. Liquid Shilajit, €29.99 for a 60 ml dropper bottle at 5 to 10 drops a serving. Shilajit PrimaVie, €34.99 for 60 capsules of 250 mg standardized extract, currently out of stock. Every format takes 15% off on subscription, which brings the resin to €29.74 and the liquid to €25.49.

Around them sits a general catalog of roughly 150 references, which matters if you order from the United States: the €19.99 international shipping charge is the same whatever the basket size, so a second product is what makes the postage bearable. Creatine Creapure, ashwagandha KSM-66, magnesium bisglycinate and omega 3 are all €29.99.

Composition breakdown: what the shilajit products are actually made of

Resin and liquid, the unstandardized formats

The resin has one ingredient: purified Himalayan shilajit resin, with no flavoring, sweetener, capsule shell or added plant. The brand describes more than 85 organic minerals and trace elements, humic acids, antioxidants, omega 3, 6 and 9, and a fulvic acid content that can reach 70%. The liquid is the same material at 95%, cut with 5% Himalayan spring water and bottled in food-grade glass. In both cases the composition is described rather than quantified: no nutritional table with amounts per serving is published, and no fulvic assay accompanies the certificate.

That is the structural limit of raw resin as a category, not a Nutrition Pro failing alone. Fulvic acid results also depend heavily on the analytical method used, one more reason to treat a single percentage on a product page as an indication rather than a specification.

PrimaVie capsules, the standardized format

The capsules are the opposite construction: a patented purified extract, standardized to more than 50% fulvic acids and characterized by its dibenzo-alpha-pyrone content, delivered at 250 mg per HPMC vegetable capsule with no excipient, no GMO and no additive, and encapsulated in France. Two capsules give 500 mg, which is the amount used in the trials the brand cites.

For anyone who wants a defined amount of a documented ingredient rather than a natural product of variable composition, this is the format that answers the question, at the same price as the 30 g resin jar. The obstacle is availability: the practical choice today is between the resin and the liquid.

Buying Nutrition Pro from the United States

Nutrition Pro does ship to the United States. The store returns a single rate for a US address, international home delivery at €19.99 with an announced window of 2 to 5 business days. That is worth stating plainly, because the banner displayed across the site, delivery in 1 to 3 business days internationally, is not what a US address is actually offered; the 1 to 3 day options are the French relay and home deliveries, at €1.99 and €2.99, free above roughly €50. There is no US warehouse, no US market and no dollar pricing: the store charges in euros, and customs duties and import charges on a parcel arriving from France are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns are the second thing to check before ordering. The published refund policy runs 14 days, but it excludes perishable goods, and it names food supplements explicitly among the products that cannot be returned. Exchanges are limited to a defective or damaged item, sale items are not refundable, and the return address is the Paris office. In practice, a jar of resin ordered from the United States is a purchase you should consider final. Delivered cost for a single 30 g jar is €34.99 plus €19.99 of shipping, so about $65 before any duty, which is the number to compare against a US resin with an equivalent laboratory file.

Technical analysis and expert verdict

The strengths are real and unusual in this category. A named serving of 250 mg with a spoon in the jar, a described purification process, and above all a certificate you can open: Eurofins report AR-968-2025-00039593-01, sample 968-2025-00039593, lot RK20250119JG-450, received on 10 March 2025, concluding that lead, cadmium and mercury are below the maximum levels for food supplements under Regulation 2023/915. Add three formats, a 15% subscription, 2,040 Trustpilot reviews at 4.3 out of 5 and a real Paris company behind it, and the file is better than most.

The limits are just as concrete. The 70% fulvic acid figure is announced, not certified: the published report contains no fulvic assay, no arsenic, no microbiology, and it covers a single lot whose best-before date has now passed, so the document should be refreshed. Proven efficiency and 100% natural badges sit next to promises on energy, immunity, libido and fertility that an unstandardized resin cannot support. The site-wide 1 to 3 day international delivery banner does not match the 2 to 5 day rate a US address is quoted, food supplements are excluded from returns, and the code SHILAJIT15 is worth 15% and does not stack with the 15% subscription. Buy the resin for its purity file and its honest serving size, not for the 70%.

The Nutrition Pro flagship products

📌 Pure Shilajit Resin, 30 g

Nutrition Pro Shilajit review: Purified Himalayan Shilajit

The brand's flagship and the only product in the range with a downloadable laboratory report. A single ingredient, purified Himalayan shilajit resin, hand harvested above 5,100 meters, sun dried for 45 to 60 days and filtered 40 times, with a stated serving of 250 mg measured with the included spoon and taken on an empty stomach. €34.99 for the 30 g jar, about $41, which the brand presents as a 90-day course at €0.38 a day, or €29.74 on subscription. The 50 g jar is €54.99.

📌 Liquid Shilajit, 60 ml

The same material in a dropper bottle, 95% shilajit and 5% Himalayan spring water, at €29.99, about $35, or €25.49 on subscription. Directions are 5 to 10 drops in a drink, on an empty stomach, one to two times a day. It is the easier format to handle, but no milligram equivalent per drop is published, so it cannot be compared serving for serving with the resin, and the certificate shown on the resin page does not appear here.

The code SHILAJIT15 gives 15% off on the official store. It applies to a one-time purchase and is not expected to combine with the 15% subscription price, so compare the two before paying.

Our final verdict: should you buy from Nutrition Pro?

My final score:
8.2
/10
Nutrition Pro is a good choice for a buyer who wants a shilajit resin whose contaminant file can actually be read. The downloadable Eurofins report, the stated 250 mg serving with a spoon in the jar and the three formats side by side put it ahead of most of the category, and 2,040 Trustpilot reviews at 4.3 out of 5 back up the execution. The reservation is the headline: the 70% fulvic acid content is announced by the brand, and no published analysis measures it. For an American buyer, add €19.99 of shipping in 2 to 5 business days, euro pricing, duties on arrival and a return policy that excludes food supplements. Take medical advice before any course.
