Argalys review: French vegan supplements with simple formulas

Argalys is a family-run supplement company based near Lyon in Villefranche-sur-Saône, France. Its Essentials range emphasizes short ingredient lists, plant-based capsules, French manufacturing, and product pages that disclose active amounts. The brand is especially relevant to vegan shoppers looking for vitamin B12, algae-derived DHA, multivitamins, minerals, stress formulas, or a non-animal collagen alternative.

The positioning is appealing, but ethical packaging and a vegan label do not establish that every supplement is necessary. A useful purchase begins with a specific dietary gap, laboratory finding, or clearly defined goal rather than a broad promise of better wellness.

What does Argalys sell?

The catalog covers several everyday categories:

  • Magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, vitamin D3, and vitamin B12
  • Multivitamin formulas for adults, children, pregnancy, and plant-based diets
  • Algae-derived DHA omega-3 capsules
  • Ashwagandha, melatonin, and stress-support combinations
  • Vegan pre-collagen, hyaluronic acid, and beauty products

These products are not interchangeable. Iron should usually follow a documented need, melatonin requires attention to timing and drowsiness, and ashwagandha can be unsuitable with pregnancy, thyroid conditions, sedatives, or certain medications.

Magnesium Bisglycinate + B6 and Zinc

The magnesium product has been reformulated. It is now sold as Magnesium Bisglycinate + B6 and Zinc: a single magnesium form, bisglycinate, with vitamin B6 and zinc as cofactors, and no marine magnesium and no potassium. Organic coconut flour is the only additive listed.

The official store lists it at €15.50, with no promotional price. For 3 capsules the formula provides 80% of the European magnesium reference intake, which is the French regulatory ceiling of 300 mg a day, plus 99% for zinc and 99% for vitamin B6. Those percentages should be read with the complete label because reference values are not personalized targets.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous-system function and can help when intake is inadequate. It does not guarantee immediate relief from anxiety, insomnia, cramps, or fatigue. The brand explains that it chose bisglycinate over oxide and carbonate salts, which are less well absorbed and can disturb digestion.

Quality, vegan certification, and packaging

Argalys states that its supplements are made in France, use ingredients certified by The Vegetarian Society, and are not tested on animals. It also excludes GMOs, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide from the Essentials positioning. Containers use recyclable materials, including cardboard and plant-based plastic components.

  • Confirm the Vegetarian Society mark on the exact product.
  • Check active amounts rather than judging quality by excluded additives alone.
  • Ask for current identity, microbe, and contaminant testing when relevant.
  • Review pregnancy, medication, age, and condition-specific warnings.

French registration and manufacturing are useful traceability signals, but they are not FDA approval and do not prove clinical effectiveness. American buyers should compare the formula with US dietary-reference values and local labeling requirements.

How to use Argalys supplements

Follow the directions for the individual bottle. The magnesium formula is taken with water during or after a meal, while fat-soluble nutrients may be better suited to a meal containing fat. Do not automatically combine a multivitamin with separate B12, vitamin D, zinc, or magnesium without totaling the amounts.

People with kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, or prescriptions that interact with minerals should obtain professional guidance. Separate minerals from certain thyroid medicines and antibiotics when directed by a pharmacist. Supplements do not replace evaluation of persistent fatigue, sleep changes, or muscle symptoms.

Argalys price and promo code

The featured Ashwagandha KSM-66 formula is listed at its regular price of €19.90 for a one-month course, which the product page states as €0.66 a day; there is no promotional price on it today. Code LMC10 may provide 10% off an eligible order, creating an estimated price of €17.91. The code may not stack with the store's own welcome code, packs, subscriptions, or another promotion.

Shipping and returns

Argalys prepares orders in roughly 12 to 24 business hours and quotes about 48 to 72 hours for domestic receipt. Its checkout returns no delivery option at all for a United States address, and none for Canada. The destinations it does serve include France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal and Switzerland, with delivery free from €50 in a French pickup point.

Unsealed supplements are excluded from return for hygiene reasons, and customers normally pay return postage. Argalys products may also be available through pharmacies or third-party retailers, whose prices and policies can differ.

Our verdict

Argalys stands out for French manufacturing, readable formulas and a focused catalog, and it presents its range as vegan certified, with the Melatonin spray as the exception since it contains honey. The main limitation for American readers is that the store does not deliver to the United States. It is a credible European option for shoppers who can legally access it, but the dose, evidence, and total routine still matter more than ethical branding alone.
