EcoWise

EcoWise creatine gummies at a glance

EcoWise Wellness is a US supplement brand focused on making creatine easier to take. Its main products replace powder, scoops and shaker bottles with premeasured sugar-free gummies. The range includes micronized creatine monohydrate, CON-CRET Creatine HCl and a smaller selection of general wellness formulas.

For shoppers researching an EcoWise review, convenience is the main selling point. Gummies can be easier to use consistently than powder, but buyers should compare the amount of creatine per serving, the number of gummies, subscription terms and total monthly cost.

What does EcoWise sell?

Creatine remains the center of the catalog. Current options include:

• Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Gummies with 5 g per serving
• CON-CRET Creatine HCl Gummies in a more concentrated format
• Creatine monohydrate pouches and multi-product bundles
• Longevity Foundation and selected general wellness products

The HCl format uses a smaller amount of a different form, so the two products should not be compared gram for gram.

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Gummies

EcoWise's flagship monohydrate gummies provide 5,000 mg of creatine in a serving of four gummies. The formula also includes turmeric and black pepper. The product is listed as sugar-free, vegan, made in the United States and tested by a third party for purity and potency.

The appeal is practical: no measuring, mixing or chalky texture. However, four gummies per day may be less convenient than one scoop for some users, and the price is substantially higher than many plain creatine monohydrate powders. Buyers should decide whether taste and portability justify that premium.

The current one-time price shown in the store for a one-month pouch of Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Gummies is $90, and $45 on autoship. Subscription plans can reduce the monthly price, but they renew automatically according to the frequency selected. Review the first charge, renewal amount, delivery schedule and cancellation process before subscribing.

CON-CRET Creatine HCl Gummies

EcoWise also sells gummies containing patented CON-CRET Creatine HCl. The brand emphasizes solubility and promotes a smaller serving than monohydrate. Claims that HCl is dramatically more bioavailable or eliminates all bloating should be treated as brand claims rather than settled comparisons.

Creatine monohydrate remains the most widely researched form and provides the clearest benchmark. Creatine HCl may still appeal to shoppers who prefer its serving format, but a higher price or patented ingredient does not automatically mean better real-world results.

What creatine can and cannot do

Creatine helps replenish phosphocreatine stores used during short, intense activity. Research supports its role alongside resistance training and other high-intensity exercise. It does not replace adequate calories, protein, sleep, progressive training or recovery.

• Use the serving shown on the current label
• Take it consistently rather than expecting an immediate effect
• Stay adequately hydrated during training and hot weather
• Discuss use with a clinician if pregnant, breastfeeding, managing kidney disease or taking medication

Body weight can increase because creatine draws water into muscle tissue. That is not the same as gaining body fat. Individual digestive tolerance also varies, regardless of marketing claims about a specific form.

Quality and formulation

EcoWise states that its creatine gummies are manufactured in the United States, third-party tested and made without sugar, gelatin, artificial colors or common GMO ingredients.

Useful checks before buying include:

• Reviewing the current Supplement Facts panel
• Confirming the full serving is four gummies
• Checking sweeteners and other inactive ingredients
• Requesting a recent certificate of analysis when testing details matter
• Comparing cost per 5 g serving with creatine powder

EcoWise price, promo code and shipping

Use promo code LEMEILLEURCOMPLEMENT at checkout to get 20% off your EcoWise order.

The one-time price used for this profile is $56 for the Longevity Foundation stick pack, the brand's flagship reference. The EcoWise promo code shown on this page is intended to provide 20% off eligible orders, which would reduce that price to $44.80 before tax or shipping. Promotions and subscription discounts may not combine, so confirm the final total before payment.

EcoWise processes orders in about one to two business days and typically uses USPS or UPS. Its sales pages specifically promote free US shipping on qualifying subscription offers. Customers outside the United States should confirm destination eligibility and the full cost at checkout rather than assuming international delivery.

Returns and subscriptions

The current refund pages describe a 30-day return policy for unopened products and separate first-purchase guarantee language for certain entry-size items. Subscription orders renew automatically and a renewal already processed may not be refundable. Read the terms attached to the exact offer before purchasing.

Our EcoWise review

EcoWise is best for US shoppers who want a portable, sugar-free alternative to creatine powder and are willing to pay more for convenience. The monohydrate gummies provide a clear 5 g serving and are easier to compare than the lower-dose HCl format. The main limitations are premium pricing, aggressive subscription discounts and marketing claims that deserve careful scrutiny. Compare the label, renewal terms and cost per serving before ordering.
