Mushroom Cups

Mushroom Cups review: instant mushroom coffee that publishes its milligrams

Mushroom Cups is a Croatian functional-beverage brand that blends organic instant Arabica coffee with dual mushroom extracts. Its products target focus, energy, digestion, immunity, exercise or relaxation through different combinations of lion's mane, cordyceps, chaga, reishi and chanterelle. A single international store serves every market, the United States included, and prices in euros.

The single-serve format is convenient, but the main immediate stimulant remains caffeine. Mushroom extracts do not guarantee better memory, immunity, endurance, digestion, or sleep, and each blend needs to be evaluated from its own label.

What does Mushroom Cups sell?

The core lineup includes:

• Go Sharp coffee with lion's mane and chanterelle
• Go Tireless coffee with cordyceps and chanterelle
• Go Glow coffee with chaga and chanterelle
• Go Beauty coffee with lion's mane and reishi
• Go Relax cocoa with reishi and chanterelle, Go Relax Junior cocoa with shiitake, and the Go Recharge ginger tea with reishi

The international store also sells bundles, subscriptions, teas, and a junior cocoa. Coffee, cocoa, and tea products can differ in caffeine, mushroom species, serving size, and warnings.

Go Sharp ingredients and caffeine

Go Sharp uses organic instant Arabica from the Peruvian highlands with lion's mane and chanterelle, at 2,200 mg of coffee and 400 mg of each extract per serving. The company reports 66 mg caffeine per serving, roughly half the amount it compares with a regular coffee. The official store lists one 10-serving tube at €15.90, about $18.50.

Sixty-six milligrams can still affect anxiety, heart rate, reflux, blood pressure, or sleep. The final cup also depends on serving size and any second packet. Users should add coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, chocolate, and pre-workout when calculating daily caffeine.

Lion's mane has preliminary research, but ingredient studies do not prove that Go Sharp treats ADHD, prevents cognitive decline, or produces immediate learning gains. Chanterelle is unusual in this category, and marketing language about metabolism should not be treated as a clinical outcome.

Other Mushroom Cups blends

Go Tireless uses cordyceps and is positioned for workouts. Evidence varies by species, extract, dose, and population, so marathon testimonials do not establish better endurance for every user. Go Glow combines chaga and chanterelle, while Go Beauty uses lion's mane and reishi. These blends are not substitutes for medical treatment or an adequate diet.

Go Relax cocoa may suit caffeine-sensitive routines better, although cocoa naturally contains small amounts of caffeine and theobromine. Check the label for sugar, sweeteners, allergens, and exact stimulant content.

Safety and quality checks

Mushroom Cups states that products are produced in the European Union under food-safety controls. That is useful, but finished-product testing should still identify mushroom species and part, extraction ratio, active markers, microbes, pesticides, mycotoxins, and heavy metals.

• Review mushroom products with anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, or diabetes medication.
• Avoid self-treatment of persistent fatigue, digestive symptoms, or memory changes.
• Pregnant or nursing users should follow the product warning and obtain guidance.
• Introduce one blend at a time to identify sleep or digestive effects.

People with mushroom allergy should avoid these products. Reishi, chaga, cordyceps, and lion's mane have different interaction profiles, so the word mushroom is not a single safety category.

How to prepare Mushroom Cups

Empty one packet into a mug and mix with hot water according to the label. Milk or a plant-based beverage can soften the instant-coffee profile. Taking a caffeinated blend earlier in the day makes sleep effects easier to manage.

The brand suggests consistent use, but a promised result after 30 days is not guaranteed. Stop if the drink causes palpitations, rash, persistent digestive symptoms, or another concerning reaction.

Price and promo code

Go Sharp costs €15.90 for 10 servings on the official store, about $18.50. Code ELIASBAHIA is listed for 10% off an eligible purchase, which would bring it to about €14.31. It may not stack with bundles, subscriptions or another promotion, so confirm the deduction in the cart.

Shipping and returns

The site banner advertises free shipping above €50 and a 60-day money-back guarantee, while the shipping policy page states free shipping above €40 with a €3.90 to €9.90 flat rate for EU countries, and the refund policy states a 30-day window with no refund once half of a product has been consumed and return shipping paid by the buyer to Split, Croatia. Because those pages disagree, read the policy pages rather than the banner. American buyers order from the same store, in euros, with the delivery cost calculated at checkout.

Our verdict

Mushroom Cups offers a convenient 66 mg caffeine serving, a varied functional lineup and, unusually for the category, published milligram amounts for every ingredient. The drawbacks are the premium per-serving cost, the absence of beta-glucan or extraction-ratio data, and benefit claims that go beyond the evidence for the finished drinks. Go Sharp is best viewed as flavored functional coffee, not a cognitive or medical treatment. Buyers can also compare serving count, sweetness and refill formats before committing to a larger bundle.
